  • Structure seems overly large and ugly.

No Objection: Subject to:

  • Vault 2 stated to be used for storage/untility - why does this need a WC/Shower room?
  • Vault 2 should not be used as a bedroom - not least due to presence of boiler. It is not appropriate for that use - head height of 2.2m is excessive for storage!

Insufficient Information: Information not complete and difficult to read.

  • No sectional elevation to New Cavendish Street supplied (new glazed curtain wall - is it internal?)
  • No concern over change of use.
  • Proposed alterations to listed building are unsympathetic. Windows proposed to rear courtyard seem over large and dramatic.
  • No before and after photomontage supplied - to be requested.
