10 MANCHESTER STREET PT/09/03623/FULLTP/8947/PP-00727879 Alterations during the course of construction to a scheme granted permission on 14.08.07 (RN 07/03936) for works to front entrance to provide wheelchair lift, enlargement of roof top plant room and installation of five air conditioning units and air handling plant and creation of a roof terrace, namely use of service hoist in front basement lightwell, new door opening at basement level and alterations to ground floor railings to provide new gate access to basement, minor alterations to main entrance on the front elevation, disabled access to be provided using a stair climber, blocking up of existing ground floor window and installation of timber louver in top half of ground floor window on rear elevation, alterations to terrace roof material, air handling units and mechanical plant at roof level.
OBJECTION: The shielding of the plant on the roof needs much more attention, particularly at the rear. We would like to see 3D studies of this. SQ: 14 July 2009
6 PORTER STREET PT/09/03735/FULL/TP/24578 Removal of existing entrance door and surrounding slab and reinstatement of portico, pilasters, entrance door, fanlight and step.

1 MARYLEBONE MEWS PT/09/04286/FULL/TP/5276/PP-00745090 Erection of a roof extension, in connection with the use of the building as a single family dwelling, formation of a terrace at rear second floor level.
OBJECTION: The existing roof and structure is an interesting and important element of local architectural heritage. The proposed roof extension is extremely crude and ill-considered. We object strongly to this proposal in design terms although we have no objection to the use of the building as a single family dwelling. SQ: 14 July 2009
119 HARLEY STREET PT/09/04450/FULL/TP/1587 Alterations to front elevation namely demolition of entrance steps and alterations to front entrance door to facilitate disabled access
NO OBJECTION SQ: 14 July 2009
119 HARLEY STREET PT/09/04442/FULL/TP/1587 Infilling of four lightwells to create additional medical floorspace (Use Class D1), installation of six roof lights and installation of new plant at rear first floor level; increase in height of party walls and extension of elevator shaft at roof level.
OBJECTION: It would appear there is a large quantity of plant located on the flat roof at the rear. This needs to be carefully integrated into the fabric of the building. SQ: 14 July 2009
34-40 GREAT CUMBERLAND PLACE PT/09/03783/FULL/TP/7913 Alterations during the course of construction to a scheme approved on 14.11.08 (RN 08/07765) for the erection of a two storey extension within the rear internal lightwell area at ground floor level to provide additional accommodation in connection with the existing hotel use (Class C1), new doors to the rear elevation, new windows to the front elevation at basement level on Great Cumberland Place and Upper Berkeley Street and internal alterations at basement to sixth floor level, namely, for amendments to the internal layout at basement, lower ground floor, ground floor, first, second, fifth and sixth floor levels and the infilling of two rear existing lightwells to provide additional hotel bedroom spaces.
OBJECTION: We object to the air conditioning plant on the first and third floor flat roof. These need to be concealed and/or integrated into the building fabric. SQ: 14 July 2009
