New Silent Film about the Culture and Diversity of London Needs your Help!

London Symphony, a new 'city symphony' about London, has launched a  'Crowdfunding' (*) campaign. The film is described as being a poetic journey through the city of London which explores its vast diversity of culture, religion and design via its various modes of transportation. The film-makers hope to create an important creative record of London as it stands today – but if the crowdfunding target is not met, the film will not get made.

Crossrail - Removal of Tunneling Equipment around Regent Street starts 15th September

Following the successful completion of the Crossrail tunnelling works from Royal Oak to Farringdon, Crossrail now need to remove the equipment previously installed to monitor any movement of key utility assets directly above the tunnels.

Consultation on East-West Super Cycle Highway

TfL, in consultation with City of London and City of Westminster, is proposing a continuous, largely segregated cycle route between Tower Hill and Acton. The East-West Cycle Superhighway would provide a clear and convenient route for cyclists, physically separated from other vehicles. Tfl would create space for the new cycle route by reallocating road space from other traffic and changing the operation of some junctions.
