Westminster City Council have just announced the postponement of the implementation of the new parking policies (See Parking Policy Update December article) until after the Olympic Games. This has been triggered by a judicial review of the parking policies which is to be heard probably in March 2012. Howeve,  even if this is successfully contested Westminster have decided not to to risk further changes so close to the Olympics. See CllrColin Barrow letter for further details.
